Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons organic butter
  • 1-2 cloves garlic optional
  • to taste pink himalayan salt or sea salt and black pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Steam cauliflower until very soft
  • Chop up cauliflower
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor
