About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog where I will be sharing tips on how to live a happy and healthy life…full of joy! : )

The most common question I get while traveling is, “Where do you live?” The short answer is… “Right here!”

The long answer… I grew up on a peaceful lake in a small town in the smallest US state, Rhode Island. Soon after graduating from Bryant University, I decided the cold weather was not for me so I moved to sunny Florida. I lived there for about 3 years then moved out of my condo and became nomadic! I have been traveling the world for the past 10 years, never staying in one place for more than a few months.  I’ve been connecting with many interesting people and discovering new ideas, all while being amazed by God’s beautiful creation!

Update as of 2022… I bought my first home…a motorhome!! Now I still get to travel but I’m always home : ) I’ve been traveling the beautiful United States of America, always keeping my eyes open for way I can share the love and truth of Jesus!

My family and I put alot of effort into researching on how to naturally keep our bodies healthy and happy! Because its been such a positive change in our lives, we love to share what we are learning. Instead of sending out individual emails to friends who are asking about certain foods, natural remedies, etc., one of them suggested I start a blog as a more efficient way to get the info out so… here it is!

*I promise to seek the truth from what I believe to be trusted sources but I have not had any formal health training and this blog is just based on my research and experiences.*

Along with health tips, I’ll be sharing my walk with God. What an incredible journey it has been so far! He is strengthening my faith and filling me with joy!

Proverbs 17:22  A joyful heart is good medicine : )

  4. Hi Lacey
Did you make it on the airplane?
Did you get your bag on the other end? I hope so, because if not that will ruin my unbelievable almost unattainable perfect record here at TF Greene for no lost bags by a skycap. Usually the airline will find the bag and get it to you but my perfect record will be gone for ever if your bag was lost in action.
It was nice to meet you and your dad at the PVD airport.
It was great chatting with you too.
